Warranty & Limitation of Liability

30-Day Limited Warranty

TubeTape warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date your order is delivered.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, TubeTape's sole obligation is, at its discretion, to replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Except for this Limited Warranty, TubeTape disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeTape's liability for any claim relating to its products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

TubeTape shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or other economic losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those states, the above limitations may not apply to you.
